A couple of quick things you can check. I'm in the UK so there's a significant time difference between us unfortunately.
Make sure you fill in the Clickatell screen in FrontlineSMS with all your details. Try leaving the phone…"

Clint & Cristy said… - That is great and we are just beginning this year to explore the agency route in our area of the Philippines. Glad to hear as our use of FLSMS will be between Mindanao and Luzon for agriculture for phase I and microcredit forms for Phase II. We will be teaching all of our tech team in our Internet Cafe' this month so should be fun as we are in San Francisco.
