It's nice to meet someone who's actually using it in Kenya. I live in the US with my family. This is still experimental for me. I'm working on a study to increase vaccine uptake and the tools offered by FLSMS seem like the way to go. Granted that the tool is basically free, I need funds to pay research assistants, clinicians, logistics, etc for the study. Hope to scale it up if it shows significant increase in uptake in which case other models of sustainability can be adopted. How was implementation for you? Does the Safaricom modem work with it? Do you get feedback for your messages and how does that work?
Thanks,
Ruth
