Messages should be received instantly esp. when you are using an internet modem. i have used it before and MTN usb internet modem works perfect especially the new usb stick modem model.

- I work with a NGO called Health child it is in Uganda-East Africa. It works in areas of Maternal and Child health also in early child hood development.
I am interested in Front line sms because I want to use it to send messages to pregnant mothers and give then information on Antenatal care and postnatal care. This will also include PMTCT (Prevention of mother to child prevention of HIV).

If you need to send me a message about these problems, you need to answer on the Forum - there is a button under the answers I give which allow you to "Reply". It sounds to me as though you would be better finding someone there with computer skills who can help you with this. I would do that - it will be much easier for you.

- Hi Mary - You're going to have to go to the "Forum" and add a new discussion, and give us as much information as possible about the problem you're having. Is it installing the computer? Is it with attaching a phone or modem? Is it sending or receiving messages? We'll need to know what messages you are getting on the screen, too. You will need some experience of installing applications on your computer, so if there is anyone there you can ask to help you, that might be the best place to start. Thanks, Ken
