If you'd rather not share this information openly please email info@frontlinesms.com before joining): I am currently trying to create an elections messaging app that will allow an aspirant to send bulk SMSs to grassroot members and we are looking for a free platform to do this.
I have heard of great reviews on the FrontlineSMS platform and I want to try and use it.
