As Sila has mentioned we have only supported Clickatell and Intellisms thus far. So a new code needs to be added for your network of choice.
To get another aggregator into frontlinesms you would have to fork the source code…"

You can try bulk SMS messaging through the CS Networks web site. It is cheap and efficient.
