- I want to utilize FronlineSMS as a tool of monitoring and community responses in the field of social development. I want to experiment whether it is useful during distribution of any material, reporting or identification of violation of human rights, and getting immediate response from community. I heard about Frontline SMS from my ICT manager in a training. If succeded, I will design a comprehensive M&E framework on frontlineSMS.
