As for FLSMS in Kenya - I haven't used it yet. The input data has taken 4 months to get started :( and I might use clickatell if FLSMS (the cheaper option) doesn't work. I like Clickatell's ability to accept a bunch of pre-written and pre-addressed messages as a single CSV file.
