- I found Frontline through friends in the EdTech ICT4D space. I needed some kind of mobile phone follow up system for our teacher training program as it expands to different islands in the philippines. We planned on being very involved in implementing new hands on science lessons but in order to transfer the skills to the teachers, we need to provide some guided support. We were thinking of creating something like front line, but so excited its now here.
