There is a section in the "Help" files called "Troubleshooting" which talks you through connection problems. I'm sure you will find the answer to your problem there.

- I a lecturer at the University of Jos, Nigeria. I want to be able to use frontlinesms to enhance interaction and discussions with my students on some class work. We have infrastructural challenge and with frontlinesms I may be able to interact more with larger students through sms
