I am working with a consortium project of Columbia and George Mason University on genocide prevention as the Knowledge Management director.. Our focus is on supporting the International Conference on the Great Lakes region (ICGLR) countries to domesticate their accords on genocide prevention Their accords have an early warning component to them and I am trying to work out how to integrate SMS/ mapping technology into these projects. In particular, I am concerned with learning from the efforts to deploy sms projects in Nairobi in anaticipation of the 2013 national elections.
