You're probably best off asking on the forum, as more people will see your question there. There's already some discussion of which phones work and which don't, e.g. here.
If you could give us some more information, that would be handy too - are you using the Nokia 2600, or the 2600 Classic, and how are you connecting the phone to FrontlineSMS.
