We are trying to use frontlineSMS in South Africa and the system is not receiving messages. It is sending them out ok. Everything seems to be working properly. Please help!

We are running frontlinesms on several computers (Mac and Windows). Each computer is a little different in age and specs, but all can run frontlinesms. When installing frontlinesms on the Mac it wouldn't work properly until we changed the settings to 32-bit mode. Are there any other computer settings like these that would help frontlinesms run more smoothly?

Hello, we are running frontlineSMS on both Mac's and PCs. On both systems, if frontlineSMS is closed or if the computer shuts down the reminders no longer send. Then we have to re-create them all over again. Is there anything we can do about this? This is particularly problematic for our computers in South Africa.
Are there any optimal setting for Macs and PCs when using frontlineSMS
