As for the Beta, this is still very much work in progress (and testing is still being done), so we can't support it right now. If you're happy to give it a go and are okay figuring it out for yourself, you can get it here:

You might be better off removing that general Discussion post and putting something in the "Education" group, which is specifically for people interested in FrontlineSMS in education. You might also want to ask about any good stories in the use of FrontlineSMS in this area, since this is the focus of the site.
