Hello guys, am still new to this forum. We want to integrate the use of FrontlineSMS for chronic patient follow-up in peripheral health facilities but wanted a QR reader installed on a cellphone to pick up patient information and then send it to the Frontlinesms form where the nurse will fill in details of investigations needed, medication prescribed , any complications and date of next follow-up.
