It sounds interesting, I thought you work for an NGO. Where do you buy your bulk sms? and how much does it cost you to send an sms to 20 000 people with frontlinesms?
I work for Government Communications and Information System. I am assisting Tsogang Water and Sanitation to use sms for their community projects.
