FrontlineSMS allows you to text message with large groups of people anywhere there is a mobile signal.

Substitution Variables

Keyword actions can take advantage of the following substitutions in generated messages:

Sender phone number	${sender_number}	The phone number that the message came from
Sender's name	${sender_name}	The name of the contact that this message came from. This will not work if the contact is not saved in FrontlineSMS.
Recipient's phone number	${recipient_number}	The phone number of the recipient that this message came from. This will not work if the contact is not saved in FrontlineSMS.
Recipient's name	${recipient_name}	The name of the contact that this message came from. This will not work if the contact is not saved in FrontlineSMS.
Message content	${message_content}	The text content of the message.
Message date	${message_date}	The date the message was sent or received.
Message type	${message_type}	The type of this message (i.e. incoming, outgoing etc.).
Message status	${message_status}	The type of this message (i.e. incoming, outgoing etc.).
Keyword	${keyword}	The keyword that triggered this action.
Keyword description	${keyword_description}	The description of the keyword that triggered this action.
SMSC Reference Number	${sms_id}	The reference number attached to this message by the SMSC.
Command response	${command_response}	The response returned by the external command callout.
