I have risolved the problem of visualization of data returned from phone to frontline sms by creating a parser different from plug in the frontlinesms forms.
Comment by Roy Owino on May 28, 2012 at 5:22am Hi Raji,
We have not tested the application with sqlserver and are not certain about some off the exceptions you might encounter. Please try using mysql and let us know if the problem sill persists.

Comment by Raji on May 23, 2012 at 1:26pm Hi,
Thank you all for the response.Even if sqlserver is not in the database list , I have changed the configuration xml file and can connect to sqlserver. When I launched frontline sms the tables are created automatically except some tables like keyword and keywordaction.
Comment by Roy Owino on May 22, 2012 at 8:53am Hi Raji,
sqlserver is not in the list of database management systems that is supported with frontlineSMS. How did you manage to use it with FrontlineSMS?

Comment by Raji on May 18, 2012 at 4:59am Hi Kavita,
I am using frontlinesms beta 1.7.00-beta-5.Modem is MC 75 Siemens.I am not using FrontlineForms. The flow is like this:-I am creating a form and send to a phone.i have to receive a message in return and have to save data in tables FormResponse,FormResponseValue. The tables are not populating.Data is saving only in table Message. So do not visualize it on the page of FrontlineSms Forms results tab .I am using sqlserver 2008.Thank you for your response.
Comment by Kavita Rajah on May 17, 2012 at 1:01pm Hi Raji,
Can you give me more details about the problem? What version of FrontlineSMS are you using? What modem or phone are you using? What is the exact problem with the visualization of data - is data missing or not showing up properly and if so, how?
Are you using FrontlineForms when you have this visualization problem? Or is it just the main FrontlineSMS application messages tab? It might help if you walk me through step by step, what you did and what led to the problems that you are having.
Looking forward to your response!
Kavita
